We contacted XRAY Engineering and Mike Garduno because of their reputation of being able to non-destructively evaluate pre-stressed and reinforced concrete structures. Our project centered around performing the seismic retrofits of several Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) parking structures. Through XRAY ENGINEERING’s expertice they were able determine that the engineering design for retrofitting these structures was different from the actual site conditions. Based on the information that XRAY ENGINEERING provided, West Bay Builders was then able to accurately and safely make design modifications necessary to complete the project. We highly recommend XRAY ENGINEERING INC and we will continue to use their services whenever required.
