In the past 20 years we have been selected for major construction projects valued at more than 1.1 billion. We are experienced in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and related inspection services. ICI has an engineering, professional, and technical staff of over fifty personnel and maintains offices in Sacramento and Oakland.

Inspection Consultants, Inc. was established in 1989 through the acquisition of the Sacramento assets of Construction Materials Testing, Inc. (CMT).
